Refund policy

General Return Conditions Item(s) may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

To be accepted, items must be returned in new, unused, undamaged, and unassembled condition, complete with their original boxes, inserts, and all packing materials.

  • Items returned without original packing will only be accepted subject to a repacking fee.

  • Used, assembled, or damaged items will not be accepted. 

ATTN: Please inspect all products and make sure they are to your liking before discarding packing material. New packing material is subject to a fee based on the volume of the item.

Within the UAE The Manor delivery team will collect and return your product(s), and a 200 AED return collection fee will be deducted from your refund total. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of delivery.

Damages Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, any damage will be considered the responsibility of the customer. Orders returned damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return To request a return, please email us at CustomerService@manorhome.ae and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Name of product(s), item number(s), and the quantity of items you are returning

Customer Service will respond to you with return instructions within 24 hours. Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment.

Store/Showroom Returns Only items taken directly from a store or showroom are eligible to be returned back to the same store/showroom within 7 days from collection. It is not possible to return delivered goods to a showroom.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items The following items are not eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Custom Orders

Refunds For returns received within 7 days and in their original condition, refunds will be processed to your original form of payment.

Cancellations Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order. However, if your items are eligible for return, you can return them in accordance with our policy above.
